ResourceMFG NOW HIRING: Machine Operators
Location: Grand Rapids MI
Shift: Monday - Friday 10p - 7a Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour
Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our production equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and is eager to grow within a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and changeovers
- Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product standards
- Report any equipment issues or irregularities
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
