Job Title: Forklift Operator – Stand-Up & Sit-Down

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (adjust if needed)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Eagan, MN. This position requires safe and efficient operation of both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to support daily warehouse operations including material handling, loading, unloading, and inventory movement. Candidates must be safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
Pick, stage, and transport product throughout the warehouse
Perform palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and general material organization
Assist with shipping and receiving activities
Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Support general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Recent stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required
Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
