Fabrication Lead
Humble area fabrication facility is adding a Fabrication Lead / Foreman to the team. This role will be responsible for keeping team on track, engaged and motivated to meet deadlines with quality product!
- Pay is $25.00 - 28.00 to start - this is an hourly and increase eligible role!
- OT and Saturdays as Needed
- Ability to work 2nd shift highly desired

Client desires 3 to 5 Years :
- Must have 3 years recent Lead / Supervisor experience in fabrication environment (required)
- Prior fabrication experience highly desired
- Equipment Knowledge & Skills – Knowledge of welding and steel-working process and equipment
- Must have experience with crane, rigging and forklifts to manage and move steel material as needed
- Provides the team with the vision of the project objectives
- Provides motivation and accountability to the team
- Responsible for providing training and mentoring to production staff as needed
- Responsible for holding employees accountable to established and maintain production and quality standards.
- Encourages constant improvement and leads by example;
- Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
