The Business Development Manager expands market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management.
Your Opportunity:
- Targeting high quality leads and leveraging existing partnerships to build a robust prospect funnel
- Conduct pre-call research and planning to gain insights into customer needs and priorities
- Manages sales, of small to medium deal sizes, across matrixed and complex business environments
- Engaging with decision makers (typically up to the Supervisor level) of an organization during the buying process
- Maximizes volume and revenue in existing accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
- Meets or exceeds weekly activity and new account generation goals
- Utilize creativity by using Employbridge's innovative technology to reach clients and prospects
Your Attributes:
- Prior face-to-face sales or service experience
- Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable career progression in prior roles
- Able to communicate through multiple channels, such as e-mail, phone and in-person
- Demonstrable organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in a CRM environment
- Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
