Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hour (Based on Experience)

What You'll Do

As the Assembly & Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring production materials are available when needed while leading a team of assemblers to maintain efficiency and quality throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure critical parts and materials are always available
• Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Lead, coach, and direct a team of 4-5 assemblers
• Support daily production activities to ensure workflow remains efficient and on schedule
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Sage software
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new assemblers as the team grows
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a machine shop, fabrication shop, or manufacturing facility
• Inventory management experience
• Experience using Sage or similar inventory/ERP systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
