This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and artistic vision, with a strong focus on generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate is highly curious, eager to explore emerging technologies, and passionate about leveraging them to create groundbreaking solutions. They will collaborate closely with art directors and clients to deliver extraordinary creative outputs.Key Responsibilities : Act as the bridge between art direction and technology, ensuring creative visions are executed seamlessly.Lead R&D efforts to evaluate, customize, and integrate tools like ComfyUI, Blender, and other generative AI platforms into production workflows.Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project goals and propose technology-driven solutions.Develop scalable pipelines and workflows for creative projects, including CGI and VFX campaigns.Stay ahead of industry trends and tools, ensuring the team’s technological capabilities remain cutting-edge.Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative, experimental culture within the team.Manage the creative technology stack, including evaluating and negotiating enterprise licenses.Key Qualifications : Experience & Background : 5 years in creative technology, VFX, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering innovative projects.Background in art / design with technical expertise, or technical background with a strong sense of art / design.Experience working with brands, teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative projects.Technical Skills & Tools : Candidates should demonstrate expertise in several of the following tools and technologies : Generative AI Tools : MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, KlingAIWorkflow Interfaces : ComfyUI, Automatic1111Programming : Python (basic to intermediate)Design & 3D Tools : Blender, Maya, C4D, Houdini, Photoshop, After EffectsCGI & VFX Experience : Familiarity with production pipelines for short-form and advertising content.Large Language Models (LLMs) : ChatGPT, Llama, GeminiOther Tools : Adobe Firefly, Krita, ElevenLabsSoft Skills : Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and innovation.Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear ideas.Type A personality, eager to take on challenges and push boundaries in a dynamic environment.Strong R&D skills, with the ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies.Salary : $150k - $185k based on experienceEmployment : Full-time, W2, US citizens onlySeniority level DirectorEmployment type Full-timeJob function Advertising, Design, and Art / CreativeIndustries Broadcast Media Production and Distribution#J-18808-Ljbffr
