ReSOURCE is seeking a Store Lead to help oversee daily retail operations and support our mission-driven team. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Lead plays a key role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, donor relations, inventory management, supporting volunteers and trainees, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and safely

About the Role/What You'll Do
As the Store Lead, you will lead day-to-day store operations, collaborate with management to improve store processes, plan for seasonal demands, and ensure adequate staffing coverage. You will manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, donor relations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Supervising and supporting store staff, volunteers, and trainees while fostering a positive, team-oriented environment, you will work to maximize sales through effective pricing, attractive displays, and a well-organized sales floor. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment that reflects ReSOURCE and OSHA safety standards and serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for ReSOURCE within the community.

- Interest in antiques, collectibles, and secondhand retail is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with equipment) and perform the physical demands of a retail environment.
Qualifications
- At least one year of retail, supervisory, and cash management experience.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Work Schedule & Environment
Hours: 40 hours per week, and occasionally more as needed, Saturdays required.
Store Hours: Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Location: ReSOURCE’s Morrisville Store
Rate of Pay: $18 per hour
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
