Full-Time Mover/Driver

In this role, you will:
Safely operate and maintain ReSOURCE’s 14-foot box truck, handle pickups and deliveries, communicate with customers and dispatch regarding schedules and delivery needs, and accurately complete invoices, paperwork, and applicable fees. Coordinate with store staff to manage inventory flow and assist with moving items as needed. Provide professional and courteous customer service while representing ReSOURCE and its mission in the community. Maintain a safe and professional work environment by following established safety procedures and reporting potential hazards.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record; physical capacity to regularly lift and move up to 150 pounds (250 pounds using a hand truck), including furniture and appliances up and down stairs; strong communication, customer service, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills; dependable attendance and punctuality; sound judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; commitment to safe work practices; willingness to learn and develop new skills in support of ReSOURCE’s mission. Familiarity with Chittenden County preferred.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Location: Williston
- Pay: $20.00 - $21.00
