Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operator
ReSource Epping (formally known as ReEnergy ERRCO) is a Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste processing facility where the heavy equipment operators are required to assist in the unloading of inbound vehicles, stacking, storing and feeding of C&D material, and the loading of outbound vehicles with recycled materials and residual waste.
In this role, you’ll be on the move throughout your shift—continuously operating equipment in the yard with minimal downtime. From unloading inbound vehicles and stacking or storing C&D materials, to feeding processing lines and loading outbound trucks with recycled products and residual waste, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our operation running smoothly and efficiently. - Must possess knowledge of the operation of heavy equipment (front end loaders and excavators) and work in a fast pace environment.
- Heavy Equipment Operators have the ability to exercise good judgment and be able to focus on detail as required by the job, as well as multitask.
- Must be able to perform pre and post checks. This includes checking and filling fluids, greasing machine and checking pinch points for debris.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience with Heavy Equipment Loader/Excavator.
- Mechanical background a plus.
- This position is a Monday- Saturday work week, year round. Typical work week 45-55 hours. Applicants must be available to work any assigned shift. Currently hiring for 2nd shift.This position will have overtime available.
