The Facilities & Tractor Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of facilities, buildings, and vehicles. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces, floors, restrooms, and vehicles, as well as emptying trash bins, restocking supplies, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for employees, visitors, and customers.

Schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off, 12-hour shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in designated areas.

· Clean and sanitize trucks, both interior and exterior, including cabs, cargo areas, and trailers.

· Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces both inside and outside the vehicle.

· Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of trash in accordance with established procedures.

· Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, ensuring they are stocked with supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

· Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, and elevators.

· Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.

· Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

· Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning or preparing facilities for events.

· Cooperate with other staff members and departments to maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial duties is preferred, but not required.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

· Good physical condition with the ability to stand and lift heavy objects.

· Regularly required to sit, walk, bend, reach and climb.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

· Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

· Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.

· Must be a self-starter who works well with personnel, management, public and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
