About Us
Resource Rental Center is a locally owned and operated business serving the Council Bluffs/Omaha metro. We rent and service construction equipment for contractors across the region, and our temporary fencing division is one of our fastest-growing operations. We're a hands-on team that takes pride in showing up on time, working hard, and taking care of our customers and each other.
The Role
You'll be part of a crew delivering, installing, and removing temporary fencing for construction sites, events, and more. This is physical, outdoor work — you'll be on your feet, lifting panels, and working alongside a tight-knit crew. No fencing experience required; we'll train the right person.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable — shows up on time and ready to work
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Construction or labor experience is a plus, but not required
- CDL holders will receive higher starting pay
What You'll Do
- Deliver, install, and remove temporary fence panels at job sites and events
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep trucks, yard, and shop clean and organized
- Work as part of a crew under crew lead direction
Pay & Benefits
- $17–$22/hr based on experience and fit
