Role: Oracle DBA
Location: Detroit, MI / Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description:
- Department: Database Engineering
- Database Administration support for Operational Performance Metrics system and Payment Integrity Applications.
Required Skills/Experience
- At least five plus years’ experience supporting the development of applications on distributed platforms such as Oracle database in AWS Cloud Technology.
- Experience in Clusters, Cluster databases, Mirroring, Snapshot.
- Significant experience in identifying and resolving database performance issues.
- Deep understanding of database administration (Oracle, MongoDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL and Sybase)
- Experience with install, configuration and upgrading.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with application/solution incident response SME
- This individual must be able to troubleshoot under difficult circumstances and maintain a good rapport with agency staff at all levels.
