Recruiter / Account Manager

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary Uncapped Commission

You’ll begin by learning how to identify talent, evaluate candidates, build relationships, and understand the industries we serve. As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to expand into account management, business development, and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, interview, and build relationships with qualified candidates.
• Source talent through outbound calls, referrals, networking, social media, job boards, and ROI’s extensive database.
• Partner with experienced recruiters, account managers, and division managers to understand hiring needs and identify top talent.
• Conduct in-person candidate interviews and occasionally visit jobsites or attend networking events.
• Make up to 50 outbound calls per day to develop new candidate relationships and follow up on leads.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience built on communication, trust, and engagement.
• Evaluate candidates against ROI’s hiring standards and prepare them to represent ROI in the marketplace.
• Build relationships that generate referrals, market knowledge, and new business opportunities.
• Bring energy, ideas, and a team-first attitude to work every day.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

ROI offers a competitive base salary of $50,000, along with uncapped commission potential that rewards strong performance.
