RMC is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support the SRDT&E / RDT&E network at NIWC PACIFIC - Point Loma, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying advanced principles and techniques of systems engineering to ensure that the solutions provided meet operational needs in an efficient and effective manner.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure technical performance across the lifecycle of multiple government systems.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in systems design, integration, and verification methodologies.
- Experience with software and hardware requirements analysis, architecture design, and lifecycle management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification (Must have ONE of the following certs: CCNA-Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security CE, CND, SSCP). Must be valid/current.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $168,700 - $211,300 (Annually)
