Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Support audit requirements, documentation standards, and governance processes.
- Manage change control processes and ensure proper approval workflows.
Required Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience managing enterprise technology projects.
- Strong financial services or banking domain experience.
- Experience delivering projects involving:
- Banking applications
- Financial platforms
- Payments
- Data platforms
- Regulatory systems
- Cloud transformation
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes and software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience managing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
