Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end data integration solutions using Oracle BICC
- Lead data extraction strategies from Oracle Cloud applications (ERP/HCM/SCM)
- Integrate BICC with downstream systems such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and BI tools
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of overall IT experience with strong data architecture background
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data integration frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Lake architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
