Job Title: Oracle Depot Repair Functional Consultant
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days in a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to product repair, RMA, and service operations.
- Configure Oracle Depot Repair (CSD) module and related applications (Order Management, Inventory, Service Contracts, Install Base, Cost Management, Field Service).
- Define and document process flows, functional specifications, and setup documents (BR100, MD50, TE040).
- Design and implement repair order lifecycle management — from product return, diagnosis, repair execution, and shipment to billing.
- Set up repair types, statuses, logistics flows, and billing rules.
- Support integration with other Oracle modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, AR/AP, and Service Contracts.
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training, develop user manuals, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions.
- Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Work with technical teams for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) development and validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and propose permanent solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Depot Repair or related Service modules.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle EBS R12 Service Suite modules:
- Depot Repair (CSD)
- Service Contracts (OKS)
- Install Base (CSI)
- Order Management (OM)
- Inventory (INV)
- Costing (CST)
- Strong understanding of repair process flows, RMA processing, warranty management, and repair costing.
- Ability to write functional design documents and perform system configurations.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
- Experience with Field Service (CSF) and Service Logistics modules.
- Familiarity with integration to external systems (CRM, MES, etc.).
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
