Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a talented Production Associate in Chester, VA. In this role, you'll assemble and package manufactured products according to established specifications while helping maintain consistent quality throughout the production process. You'll inspect finished products, perform basic equipment adjustments, and maintain a clean and safe work area. This position is well-suited for a dependable team player who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following established safety and quality procedures.

• Assemble and pack manufactured products according to established specifications, quantities, and tolerances.
• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision tools to ensure quality, function, and cosmetic standards are met.
• Regularly check products for quality and consistency, addressing identified issues and notifying the appropriate supervisor.
• Inspect equipment before use and perform basic adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area while following applicable safety procedures.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
