JOB SUMMARY:The largest provider of Food and Beverage contract manufacturing services in North America is currently hiring for Machine Operators to work in Batavia, IL.Multiple Shifts Available:1st 5:45am - 2pm $17.502nd 3:45pm - 12am $18.503rd 9:45pm - 6:00pm - $19.50JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.Able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Understand all quality specifications associated with the machinery and operate the machinery or equipment in compliance with those standards.Accomplish the production efficiency goals set by the supervisor.Recognize when the equipment is malfunctioning or operating at substandard speeds and immediately inform the supervisor.Ensure that all raw materials required to operate the machinery or equipment are of the specified part number prior to being installed on the equipmentPerform basic maintenance on the machinery or equipment to which they are assigned.Assist in the cleanup and / or the setup of the line by stocking, reworking, troubleshooting and any other duties that will be required to keep the line functioning.Safety and Quality within their influence.Report, in a timely manner, Food Safety and Quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action on those problemsPerform any other duties as instructed by management.Resource is an Equal Opportunity Employer EEO AA M/F/Vet/Disability and a drug free workplace.
