Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a skilled Crane Operator in Groveport, OH. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a leading fulfillment and order management company, operating cranes to lift, move, and position loads efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day
- Operate stationary or traveling cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to instructions
- Manipulate controls to regulate crane and hoist movement, following signals from helpers
- Complete job tickets, service summaries, and all necessary paperwork accurately
- Start and stop crane engines as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain safe working behaviors and communicate effectively with team members
What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference
- Ability to lift over 35 lbs consistently and display safe work habits
- Good reading skills, including small print, numbers, and letters
- Ability to identify colors accurately
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with co-workers and supervisors
- Prior crane operation experience is preferred but not required
