What You’ll Do:
- Provide holistic, one-on-one therapy tailored to residents’ strengths, routines, and preferences.
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical well-being.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
- Help residents regain mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized treatment plans.
What You’ll Need:
- Active Physical Therapy license in the State of Maryland.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to complete documentation meeting reimbursement and regulatory standards.
- Experience working with older adults preferred.
