Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Maryland SLP license.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for home health care.
