Order Management Operator IV

Position Overview

The Order Management Operator IV is responsible for transferring files and updating orders process orders through 3D printer, running builds on 3D printer and post process, diagnosing and determining root cause of issue.

• Prep and build batches on 3D software
• Run builds on a 3D Printer
• Match and sort shells/molds
• Calibrate machines and equipment
• Export impressions on software
• DSA Test and listening Test
• Analyze/diagnose frequency response curve
• Mechanical and electrical assembly
• Wire and soldering components
• Capture and Restore patient setting via S&R Tool
• Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
• Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment
• Meet attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
• Work in a dynamic, team environment, with flexibility to rotate responsibilities as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
• Attend required training and continuous learning opportunities as assigned
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
• Accomplish other duties as required to include cross training
• Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Desired Qualifications

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Experience

Preferred Education:

• 1 year of data entry experience strongly preferred
• 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  
  

Physical Demands: Able to stand or sit for long periods of time. Able to lift 25 pounds by self and 50 pounds with a team lift (i.e. sitting, standing, lifting, bending, reaching, etc)

Compensation: Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range from $21.00 - $27.75. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
