Operations Manager Job Description:
The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the operational lifecycle of contracted projects. This highly detail-oriented position ensures accurate representation of project data across systems, facilitates timely scheduling through preconstruction tracking, and manages post-construction financial reporting for stakeholder review.
Experience:
Construction operations experience – 3 years (Electrical is a but not required)
Construction Project Management/Coordination experience – 2 years.
Monday.com experience is a plus
Need to be a very strong communicator
Multi-tasking is a must and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment critical.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Data Validation:
Review CRM entries and project folders to verify accuracy and completeness of information essential to operations and accounting workflows.
Project Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the database of contracted jobs, ensuring each project is correctly staged. Support operations in task prioritization to streamline scheduling and execution.
Coordinate activities of the 3 operations teams, Estimating and Design, Project Management, and Purchasing to ensure that projects are moving through the pre-construction phase.
Report to the organization on issues with internal project management and maintain reporting of project pipeline to management.
Closeout Coordination:
Confirm readiness of projects for final invoicing. Ensure all funding sources are reconciled and closed out appropriately.
Financial Performance Reporting:
Maintain and update the project profitability database. Lead monthly review meetings to present comparisons of contracted financials versus actual results to stakeholders.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
