SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for the overall management of the non-gaming revenue audit department, devise and implements Revenue audit procedures, forms, reconciliation, variance reporting and follow up. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ensures all revenue generated by retail, food and beverage and Resort operations is properly recorded, reconciled and documented.
  • Reconciles cash collected to revenue report as generated by POS, DRS, PMS and other systems as adopted by the company.
  • Audits daily revenue of the Casino Food & Beverage, Retail and Hotel.
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets with daily revenue data.
  • Develop, implement and ensure compliance to department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Prepares the daily, weekly, and month-end revenue reports.
  • Attend all necessary meetings and keep supervisor informed of all necessary items as directed.
  • Assist in other projects, as requested.

  • Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years similar experience in gaming or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Complex Resort, Hilton experience preferred.
  • Strong planning, mathematical & analytical skills.
  • Organizational, communication and delegation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of extensive knowledge of POS and PMS systems required. Micros POS, LMS PMS, On PMS preferred.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Minimum 18 years old.
