Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jamaica, NY, for a Hotel Operation Floor Manager. The role involves overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Hotel Operation Floor Manager will work closely with team members to address guest needs promptly, handle escalated issues effectively, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The role also includes conducting staff training sessions and contributing to continuous operational improvements.
