Pay Transparency: $21-24/hr plus $24.80 guaranteed toke rate/hr
Duties
- Conduct live dealer operations for various table games such as blackjack, roulette, poker, and baccarat with precision and confidence
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their gaming experience and foster guest loyalty
- Manage cash handling accurately, including chip exchanges, payouts, and maintaining balanced tables throughout shifts
- Enforce casino policies and game rules consistently to ensure fairness and integrity during gameplay
- Resolve conflicts or disputes at the table swiftly and diplomatically using effective conflict management skills
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure smooth game flow and exceptional service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of game outcomes, bets, payouts, and any irregularities or incidents that occur during gameplay
Experience
- Proven experience as a live dealer in a casino environment with familiarity in managing table games
- Experience dealing at least two of the following table games required: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow Tiles, or Baccarat
- Strong knowledge of casino operations, game rules, and basic math principles necessary for accurate payouts and calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse guests and team members
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in high-pressure situations
- Skilled in conflict management to address guest concerns or disputes professionally and efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by casino operations
