What are the responsibilities and job description for the PARKING CASHIER/DISPATCHER position at Resorts Casino Hotel?
- Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Have knowledge of all parking promotions, parking fee structures, and State Fee guidelines, in order to correctly collect required amounts.
- Process keys and tickets associated with the valet process in a manner which results in the efficient, secure acceptance and retrieval of guests’ vehicles.
- Coordinate the activities of the valet drivers by the prompt and efficient processing of tickets for arriving and departing vehicles.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding guest relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Two (2) years cashiering experience.
- Ability to manage a cash bank, maintain paperwork in accordance with Accounting Procedures and balance bank with minimal variance at close of shift.
