Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Radar Tech Fellow to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate for this position shall be a self-starter who can work independently, unsupervised, and with little guidance. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians, and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies.
Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Tech Fellow – Radar to provide strategic technical guidance and mentor others in the field of radar systems.
The selected Tech Fellow will have responsibility for the following areas:

Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking a Tech Fellow – Radar to provide strategic technical guidance and mentor others in the field of radar systems.
The selected Tech Fellow will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Lead the design, implementation, and validation of advanced radar senior and data processing systems.
- Act as a technical export and help guide other engineers through the project.
- Provide expert analysis and technical support for critical projects.
- Define and validate requirements for radar systems and conduct tests as needed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or related field.
- Extensive experience in aerospace and defense industry with a demonstrated history of working with radars.
- Ability to lead technical team and communicate complex technical information effectively.
- U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required. Active clearance preferred.
