Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for an Inventory Specialist to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast-paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate for this position shall be a self-starter who can work independently, unsupervised, and with little guidance. Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This position will be 100% on-site.
The selected Inventory Specialist will have responsibility for the following areas:

Duties And Responsibilities
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. This position will be 100% on-site.
The selected Inventory Specialist will have responsibility for the following areas:
- Collaborate and communicate with colleagues involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Create delivery receipts and packing slips.
- Maintain the Stockroom to ensure Safety, organization and cleanliness
- Transfer and maintain inventory levels within the ERP system
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and yearly physical inventory
- Oversee, track, and maintain incoming government-owned property, equipment, and assets.
- Engage with vendors and freight carries, as needed.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in areas such as shipping, receiving, quality control, or inventory management
- Experience with handling government property preferred.
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Costpoint ERP experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues such as stock discrepancies, overages, and damaged goods.
- Defense Aerospace background highly preferred.
- Must be able to operate a Forklift
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required. Active clearance preferred.
