Position Overview
Resonance Laboratories is a CLIA-certified molecular diagnostics laboratory seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Molecular Laboratory Technician. This position supports DNA-based clinical testing workflows, including specimen processing, PCR, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) support.
The ideal candidate has experience in regulated laboratory environments and demonstrates strong adherence to SOPs, documentation accuracy, and quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform DNA extraction, quantification, and sample preparation
• Support PCR and molecular testing workflows
• Assist with NGS workflow (library preparation, sample tracking preferred)
• Accession and label specimens accurately with strict chain-of-custody compliance
• Maintain quality control logs and documentation in accordance with CLIA standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure proper reagent handling, storage, and inventory tracking
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and follow established SOPs
• Support laboratory cleanliness and contamination control procedures

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field
• 1 year laboratory experience (clinical or regulated environment preferred)
• Experience with PCR and nucleic acid extraction
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and work in a structured environment
• Basic knowledge of quality control practices

• Experience in a CLIA, CAP, FDA, or GMP-regulated laboratory
