We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cloud and observability-driven initiatives, including AWS-based projects, observability platform rollouts (Logz.io), and DevOps-related programs.
This role requires a strong communicator who understands technical concepts at a high level, can interpret dashboards, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery, and presents themselves professionally in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives (AWS-focused)
- Drive observability platform implementations, including Logz.io integrations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Monitor and communicate project health using Jira dashboards and reporting
- Interpret technical metrics, logs, and observability insights to support decision-making
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Provide executive-level updates and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management / Scrum Master roles
- Strong experience working with AWS environments
- Must be able to discuss cloud migration concepts, challenges, and outcomes
- Experience with observability/logging platforms
- Logz.io experience is REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
- Hands-on experience with Jira (reporting, dashboards, workflow understanding)
- Not just usage — must be able to interpret dashboards and delivery metrics
- Experience managing DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure-related projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- CI/CD and DevOps workflows
- System integrations and production environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like: ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk (if paired with Logz.io exposure)
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe
- Exposure to monitoring/logging pipelines, alerting systems
