Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Oracle HRIS Consultant for a 100% Functional / Business-Side role (Not IT)
supporting enterprise HR operations and process governance. This position will support Oracle HCM Cloud and
Oracle EBS HR processes in a hybrid environment.
Required Skills
15 years of Oracle HRIS / Oracle HCM Functional experience
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules across employee lifecycle
Experience with Oracle EBS HR or Oracle Fusion preferred
Strong understanding of:
Effective-dated data
Eligibility profiles
Approval workflows
Role-based security
HR controls and compliance
Experience supporting payroll/vendor integrations (ADP preferred)
Strong data analysis, process governance, and functional documentation skills
