The Program Manager is the overarching senior-level authority responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of the entire contract. They serve as the primary point of contact (POC) and escalation point for client leadership. The PgM has full authority to act on behalf of the company on all matters relating to daily operation of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight & Governance: Responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the contract. Provides oversight and governance for all service activities.Contract Management: Leads financial, technical, administrative, and personnel program activities to meet all contractual obligations. Ensures adherence to processes, procedures, standards, and policies by team personnel.Stakeholder & Communication: Serves as the primary POC to the client leadership. Participates in all contract level meetings, directing and coordinating changes, concerns, and/or updates.Resource & Risk Management: Oversees cross-project planning for contractor resources, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables. Identifies, assesses, and resolves complex business issues and risks, facilitating resolution and risk mitigation. Manages contractor resources, scheduling, and training.Personnel Management: Oversees personnel security clearance requirements and manages performance assessments and evaluations.Financial & Compliance: Ensures back-office support to properly process invoicing.Minimum QualificationsEducation Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.Certification Requirements: A program management certification from an industry recognized certification authority such as Project Management Institute (PMI) , such as CAPM, PMP, PgMP. ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 Foundation.Experience Level Requirements: 10 years of experience managing IT Support Service Programs with similar scope and complexity. Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large AO. Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
