Role Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple web design, development, and content projects. This role ensures that all digital deliverables meet client specifications, align with usability and aesthetic standards, and are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Oversight: Plan, direct, design, supervise, and monitor multiple Web Design and Development projects effectively, overseeing the full lifecycle from discovery and wireframing through deployment and launch.Team Leadership & Direction: Provide administrative and technical direction to project personnel, including assigning tasks to designers, front-end and back-end developers, and content specialists, and overseeing all project deliverables.Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Manage projects while adhering strictly to budget and scope constraints, tracking burn rate, and reporting on financial health to stakeholders.Quality Assurance & User Experience (UX): Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet established design standards, technical specifications, and customer satisfaction standards, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across all devices.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with government personnel, client stakeholders, and third-party contractors to negotiate design standards, manage scope creep, provide status updates, and establish clear expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.Technical Knowledge: Possess familiarity with web development technologies, content management systems (CMS), user experience (UX) principles, and deployment processes (e.g., staging and production environments).Team Collaboration: Work effectively with UX Designers, Systems Analysts (for integration points), and content support personnel to ensure seamless project execution.Problem-Solving: Proactively address and mitigate challenges related to scope, technical dependencies, or design reviews that arise to ensure the successful launch of projects.General Requirements (Ethical/Conduct):Personnel are expected to uphold integrity, responsibility, and professionalism during work.Support the implementation of, and encourage compliance with, appropriate standards and procedures for the effective governance and management of information systems and technology, including audit, control, security, and risk management.Perform their duties with objectivity, due diligence, and professional care, in accordance with professional standards.Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information obtained during their activities, unless disclosure is required by law.
