Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business or social science discipline.Certifications (preferred): Management Concepts Grants Management Certificate: A common federal training standard for analyzing funding applications and compliance.CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner): Useful for the "identification and recommended mitigation of recipient risk factors" mentioned in the SOW.
