Role Overview: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional system requirements across all phases of modernization, annual forms rollover cycles, and steady-state O&M.

• Education & Certifications:
• • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience Required:
• • Minimum 6 years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and IT documentation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment writing user stories, epics, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Core Responsibilities & Technical Duties:
• • Lead discovery and knowledge-transfer sessions during Transition-In to capture existing system functionality and requirements.
  • Translate ERISA regulatory changes and Form 5500 series filing updates into Data Element Requirements (DER) and edit-test logic.
  • Build and refine user stories in Jira, ensuring complete acceptance criteria and requirement traceability (Roadmap → Story → Task → Test).
  • Review UI/UX wireframes and mockups to ensure full alignment with functional business rules prior to product owner sign-off.
  • Validate delivered code increments during sprint reviews and UAT sessions to ensure business logic accuracy.
  • Support the annual forms rollover cycle, analyzing legislative/form changes and updating system specification packages.
