Compensation

• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• $33 per scan
• $165 guaranteed minimum per clinical day
• Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and availability
• No salary cap based on number of scans completed

About the Role

Resolves Diagnostics is expanding its vascular ultrasound services across five DFW-area primary care locations. We are looking for an experienced Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) who can provide accurate, high-quality vascular studies while working independently in a clinical setting.

You’ll work directly with providers and care teams to support the early detection and management of vascular conditions in patients with complex medical histories.

What You'll Do

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including:
• • Carotid duplex
  • Lower-extremity arterial and venous studies
  • Upper-extremity vascular exams
  • Aortic studies
  • Abdominal vascular assessments
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and optimize protocols for challenging patients
• Complete required technical documentation and tech sheets for every scan
• Upload studies securely to EHR/PACS systems
• Track scans, uploads, and radiology reports
• Communicate appropriately with ordering providers and clinical teams
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation
• Maintain mobile equipment and supplies when covering multiple locations
• Work independently while maintaining established clinical and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS RVT or equivalent vascular ultrasound certification
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently at multiple DFW-area locations
• Professional, patient-centered communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Primary care, outpatient, urgent care, or mobile ultrasound experience
• Experience with Mindray, GE, Philips, or SonoSite equipment
• EHR/PACS experience
• Experience working with patients who have multiple comorbidities
