Resolve is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Clinical Liaison to support referral development, admissions growth, and community outreach throughout the Tucson market. This position plays a key role in building strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the care they need.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners
- Generate referrals and support admissions growth initiatives
- Serve as a resource for referral sources regarding services and admission criteria
- Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate patient transitions
- Conduct facility tours, presentations, and educational meetings
- Track referral activity and maintain accurate records
- Represent Resolve at networking events and community outreach activities
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, case management, or a clinical liaison role preferred
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, or hospital experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tucson market
