PRN Physical Therapist
Position Overview:
We are a pretty fun group of people here at Resolve Physical Therapy in Bend, OR! But we also need to have fun OUTSIDE of work sometimes :)! Therefore, we are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist that would fit right in with us!
This position is to provide our current staff physical therapist's relief when they have approved vacation or sick days where coverage is needed.
They will provide licensed physical therapy functions including evaluation and treatment of patients based upon current principles and practices of physical therapy.
Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
The Individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities.
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations, including assessment of prior and current level of functioning, setting appropriate goals and making appropriate discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice; provide direct PT treatments according to standards of practice, including patient and family education, progression of treatment plan and implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Report on patient progress through appropriate written documentation including evaluation forms, progress notes; and collaborate with physicians, patients, family and other members of health care team relative to patient treatment and progress as well as other affiliated agencies with regard to effective discharge planning.
- The ability to interact with peers, medical staff, patients/families, vendors and other customers in a manner that represents Resolve Physical Therapy positively.
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail; effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Oregon licensed Physical Therapist
- CPR Certified
Experience
- Prefer someone with at least 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic

Pay: $45.00 per hour
