Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across a diverse portfolio of corporate, technical, professional, and operational positions. This role serves as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, driving proactive sourcing strategies, delivering exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, consultative, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. In addition to managing requisitions, the Senior Recruiter will help improve recruiting processes, build talent pipelines, strengthen the employer brand, and support workforce planning initiatives.
Position Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, operational, leadership, and other critical positions across the organization.
· Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs, organizational goals, and hiring priorities.
· Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality talent for difficult-to-fill and business-critical roles.
· Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through networking, passive candidate sourcing, referrals, industry partnerships, and talent communities.
· Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional associations, and other recruiting platforms to identify passive candidates.
· Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish recruitment strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate selection.
· Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
· Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and leadership while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Collaborate with Human Resources leadership and hiring managers to develop competitive offers, including compensation recommendations, start dates, and other employment terms.
· Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline activity, offer acceptance rates, and other key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
· Prepare recruiting reports and provide regular updates to Human Resources leadership regarding hiring activity, market conditions, and recruitment trends.
· Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall hiring experience.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices throughout the hiring process.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, military transition programs, professional organizations, and industry associations to support long-term talent acquisition initiatives.
· Represent Resolve Marine at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, community outreach events, and other recruiting functions to promote the organization's employer brand.
· Travel to domestic Resolve Marine locations, as needed, to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, workforce planning, and business operations.
· Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, recruiting documentation, and hiring files.
· Mentor and provide guidance to recruiters and other Human Resources team members on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
· Participate in special Human Resources and Talent Acquisition projects, including employer branding initiatives, recruiting process improvements, and workforce planning efforts.
