Role Description
As a Urine Collector with Resolve Diagnostics, you will play a key role in our laboratory operations by ensuring the accurate and professional collection, labeling, and handling of donor urine specimens submitted by those that are navigating the judicial system and/or participants of various abatement programs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining specimen integrity, adhering to strict chain-of-custody and compliance standards, and representing Resolve Diagnostics with professionalism in every interaction.
This position involves working closely with donors, court staff, and internal laboratory teams to support our mission of delivering accurate, confidential, and timely test results. The ideal candidate conducts themselves professionally, is detail-oriented, reliable, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and patient privacy.
Must be comfortable with performing observed urine collections being provided by donor's of the same gender.
Qualifications
- Experience in specimen collection and handling preferred
- Functional computer skills

- Relevant certifications or training in specimen collection are a plus
