What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy and execution.
  • Design, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, programmatic, influencer, emerging, web optimization) to drive qualified growth while maintaining efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine, testing hypotheses, running A/B tests, measuring impact, and operationalizing learnings into scalable playbooks.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to create AI-native growth workflows, automation, and measurement systems that accelerate feedback loops.
  • Lead lifecycle and retention programs across different channels.
  • Own growth analytics, define KPIs, build dashboards, and communicate actionable insights to Marketing and GTM leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand to expand reach within the engineering community, driving awareness and trust among technical audiences.
  • Champion creative experimentation and AI-driven personalization, enabling rapid iteration of assets, copy, and campaigns that resonate with our target users.
  • Act as a founding member of Resolve’s go-to-market team, helping build the growth engine, infrastructure, and team culture from 0→1.

What We’re Looking For

  • AI-first mindset. You see AI as an amplifier of creativity, insight, and efficiency in marketing.
  • 7 years of experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, or developer-focused products.
  • Proven ability to launch, scale, and optimize paid channels with significant budgets and measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep analytical skills, with expertise in experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics (e.g., GA, Looker, SQL).
  • Familiarity with modern martech stacks (HubSpot, Segment, Mixpanel) and data integration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience driving cross-functional initiatives & campaigns with sales, SDR/BDR, product, engineering, and creative teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can clearly articulate growth hypotheses and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • A systems thinker who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
  • Bonus: experience with developer ecosystems, open-source communities, or AI-native products.
