Operations Manager Job Description:
The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

Operations Manager Requirements:
- College degree or directly related year for year experience
- 3 or more years of management experience
- 1 or more years of manufacturing/distribution experience
Operations Manager Duties:
- Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of products to customers, including but not limited to, order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control
- Coordinate with other Departments, to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs
- Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift
- Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed
- Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training
- Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times
