Data Analyst
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, relationship‑driven professional to join our team and help new customers get the most value out of our technology platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our customer success organization to guide clients through onboarding, support their launch, and ensure long‑term adoption and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Onboarding & Implementation
- Partner with the customer success team to build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Review and assess clients’ existing workflows to identify potential challenges during onboarding.
- Clean, organize, and analyze customer data from external systems to prepare it for migration.
- Contribute to the creation of onboarding project plans, including tracking hardware or resource needs.
- Participate in client meetings throughout the pre‑launch process.
- Assist with configuring the customer’s platform environment and ensuring all components are set up correctly.
- Support training sessions for client teams across areas such as support, marketing, finance, and IT.
Launch & Post‑Launch Support
- Help coordinate and execute go‑live activities to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Monitor early performance indicators and help resolve issues quickly.
- Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to address gaps or improvement areas.
- Provide ongoing account support, offering insights and recommendations based on customer data.
- Review usage trends to highlight successful practices and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Track customer support needs and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Keep clients informed about new features and advise on how to best utilize them.
- Identify opportunities for success stories, referrals, and potential account growth.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer‑facing documentation and internal support materials.
- Test new tools, processes, and approaches to help improve operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate insights through PowerPoint.
- A natural problem solver with excellent analytical thinking.
- Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and develop practical solutions.
- Confidence presenting information to both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
