Application Administrator (Pentagon 2000 ERP) Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon 2000 technology support delivered to the end-user community.
- Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon 2000 platform and ensures the highest level of system performance, functionality, and optimization.
- Gain an understanding of business needs; research and implement solutions related to system features, functionality, configurations, and integrations.
- Stay current on Pentagon 2000 releases, available modules, and system enhancements and identify solutions to streamline business processes and support growth.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users for overall and role-specific functionalities.
- Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting ongoing project efforts.
Application Administrator (Pentagon 2000 ERP) Required Experience and Qualifications
- Experience with Pentagon 2000 and ERP best practices.
- Experience with reporting software like Power BI and SSRS.
- Programming language knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Possess strong business acumen and sound judgment/decision-making skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance.

- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other IT disciplines with 3 years of experience with enterprise ERP systems; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
