Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of patients in a collaborative behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial medical evaluations and ongoing patient follow-ups
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- Develop and oversee treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate and refer patients to in-house and external services as appropriate
- Collaborate with behavioral health providers and clinical staff to ensure integrated, team-based care
Qualifications
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner ((FNP)) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Active DEA license and BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and bedside manner
- Commitment to teamwork and delivering holistic, patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Schedule
- $70–$90 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling options:
- PRN
- Part-time (1–2 days per week)
