Job Summary:
The Coach will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading training programs tailored to clients' needs, whether they are athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or individuals looking to improve their overall health. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional who prioritizes movement efficiency, strength development, and injury prevention. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning the facility or other tasks as designated by the GM, Head Coach, or other supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead individual or group training sessions focused on helping clients achieve their desired outcomes.
- Ensure proper modifications are made to training programs based on clients’ goals, abilities, and medical history.
- Instruct and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
- Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programming as needed.
- Maintain a professional, high-energy, and engaging training environment.
- Collaborate with Resolute Training leadership to refine programming and client experience.
- Stay up to date with current research and best practices in strength and conditioning.
- Assist in facility upkeep, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe training environment.
- Perform other tasks as designated by the GM, Head Coach, or other supervisors.
- Represent Resolute Training positively within the community and on social media.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Training Certification (NSCA, CSCCa NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) required.
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in coaching, personal training, or athletic performance training.
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics, injury prevention, and movement assessment.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different populations and fitness levels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Passionate about fitness, athletic development, and helping others reach their potential.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or USAW certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field.
