What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Low Voltage Infrastructure Delivery Engineer position at Resolute Project Professionals (RPP)?
We are sourcing for a senior-level Low Voltage Infrastructure Delivery Engineer supporting hyperscale data center campus construction. This is a program-level individual contributor role with significant technical authority and vendor oversight responsibility.
The Role
You will serve as the subject matter expert for bulk fiber, structured cabling, BMS, security, and AV systems across concurrent gigawatt-scale builds. This is not a field technician role. You own vendor delivery — design coordination, installation execution, change order management, cost and schedule performance — across multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
What You Will Own
- Full lifecycle vendor management for low-voltage systems across hyperscale builds
- Technical review and approval of vendor designs, submittals, and testing packages
- Change order validation — scope, pricing, and commercial alignment
- QA/QC and certification oversight for structured cabling and controls networks
- Cross-functional coordination with mechanical, electrical, design, and operations teams
- Rack deployment readiness — ensuring all low-voltage systems are validated before hardware installation
What You Bring
- Deep technical expertise in structured cabling, BMS, AV, security, and controls
- 3 to 5 years delivering low-voltage or mission-critical infrastructure at scale
- Proven vendor management experience including cost control and change management
- Strong working knowledge of data center construction from concept through commissioning
- RCDD, CTS, PMP, or LEED certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
Location Requirement
This role requires permanent residence in TX, NM or Michigan
