Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Physical Therapist located in Arvada, CO. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will educate patients on maintaining long-term physical health and collaborate on creating a positive and supportive clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in health & wellness, specialized knowledge in Manual Physical Therapy.
- Experience in Rehabilitation and developing tailored treatment plans
- Commitment to providing excellent Patient Care and building rapport with patients
- Familiarity with Home Care practices and assisting patients in achieving recovery goals
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a valid physical therapy license in the state of Colorado
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintaining patient records and documentation
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
